Since 1995 to 2013, we were a fasteners mold manufacturers and we have a mold branch offices in Ningbo. At the end of 2013, we were established the clinching nut department, Clinching stud department. Main product for the self clinching nut, self clinching stud, Self clinching standoff, Our company passed the ISO9001-2008 certification &TS - 16949 certification that by more or less 80 staffs' joint efforts. And we set up Zhanci auto parts co., LTD. In 2016, we increased several sets of cold forming equipment in order to begin to make the new car engine in the high temperature heat resistant stainless steel fasteners. Currently we have 15 set of screw machines and 15 set of thread rolling machines, processing range from M2 to M12.And we have 16 sets of Clinching nut forming machine, processing range from M2 to M10. Still have 15 sets of CNC tapping equipment. Our company will add more high precision molding equipment in the future in order to make the production range from M2 to M20.Mainly to use in automobile manufacturing, aerospace, military industry, electronics etc for all kinds of fasteners. We are planning to founding a new CNC lathe department in order to satisfy all the customer's required that we will be a comprehensive supporting hardware products and developed into a one-stop supply manufacturers.
